New Permit Options for Adjunct Faculty - Adjunct faculty members are now able to use payroll deduction for their parking permit purchase. *Adjunct faculty that do not have an appointment for the Spring semester must return the permit to parking Services by January 30, 2025 to avoid being charged for the unpaid balance of the permit.
NEW - 2024-25 Faculty/Staff Parking Permit $138 (valid August 16, 2024 - August 16, 2025)
Allows the user to park in any Staff lot, remote lot, or staff/student lot on the Indiana State campus or any Indiana State remote lot (excluding metered, pay or specialty lots; i.e. Psychology Lot). Faculty members, exempt and non-exempt full-time employees and non-student temporary employees shall be defined as staff for purposes of vehicle registration.
Faculty/Staff GARAGE Parking Permit - $274 -(valid Aug 16, 2024- August 31, 2025)
Faculty/Staff will be able to purchase a Garage permit that will allow them to park in the garage and any staff, remote or staff/student lot (no student only lots).

Allows the user to park in any student lot, remote lot, or staff/student lot (NO STAFF ONLY LOTS) on the Indiana State campus or any Indiana State remote lot (excluding metered, pay or specialty lots; i.e. Psychology Lot). Student Parking permits are not allowed in lots designated as “resident parking” after 9 pm Sunday – Thursday (Lots 10 and 14). Graduate students, undergraduates, graduate assistants, graduate fellows and all others enrolled shall be defined as student for purposes of vehicle registration.

RESIDENT Student Parking permits are only available to students living in ISU residential facilities. 2024-25 Remote Parking Permit $76 (valid August 16, 2024 - August 16, 2025)
Remote parking permits are available for faculty, staff, and students. This permit allows the user to only park in the ISU remote lots. Remote lots include the Lot D Ext (9th and Eagle behind Lot D), Lot Q (8th and Tippecanoe), Lot N (11th and Chestnut), Lot K (2nd and Chestnut), Baseball Lot (1st and Locust), and the ISU University Apartments (1st and Farrington and 1st and Crawford). All remote lots will be open to any Faculty, Staff, or Student. REMOTE PERMITS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN "STAFF/STUDENT" LOTS OR ON 4TH/5TH STREET . **Now eligible for Payroll Deduction.
2024-25 Handicap Parking Permit $138 (valid August 16, 2024 - August 16, 2025)
Handicap parking permits are available for faculty, staff, and students who are qualified under Indiana Code 0-18-22. Documentation is required. Please contact Parking Services at ISU-Parking@dickvsclit.com or (812)237-8888 for additional information. Persons with short-term medical needs should consult with Parking Services. (See Article III #4) Individuals who need a handicap escort may call ISU Police Dispatch at 812-237-5555 to request assistance.
STUDENT GARAGE Parking Permit - $274 *AVAILALBE NOW!! (valid Aug 16, 2024- August 31, 2025)
In Fall 2019, University officials began discussions in regard to parking garage permit changes. . As a result of these studies, parking garage permits will have two separate distinctions beginning Fall 2020. Students will be able to purchase a Garage permit which will allow them to park in the garage and any student (excluding Resident Lots 10 and 14 after 9:00 pm, Sunday – Thursday), remote or staff/student lot (no staff only lots). Faculty/Staff will be able to purchase a Garage permit that will allow them to park in the garage and any staff, remote or staff/student lot (no student only lots). This change will take effect beginning August 16, 2020.
University Visitor WEST lot permit $100/SEMESTER - FOR SALE IN OFFICE - AUGUST 20 AT 8AM - ONLY 35 SOLD - FIRST COME/FIRST SERVED
*If the lot is reserved for an event – permit holders will need to locate other parking on campus. Individuals with a West Lot Permit are not allowed to park in any other Campus Surface lot or Garage space.
Motorcycle Permits - $75.00 (available in office only - available by the month)
Allows the user to park in any surface lot or motorcycle space. Moped and motorcycles shall affix the parking permit to the left front fork of the vehicle.
Permits purchased in the office may be subject to a $15 surcharge.
